Benjamin Bowers is a dedicated and results-driven attorney and primarily focuses his practice on criminal defense and broad civil matters.  Known for his tenacious advocacy and strategic approach, Benjamin has built a reputation for delivering strong legal representation to clients facing serious challenges in and out of court. 

 

With experience defending individuals against a wide range of criminal charges—from misdemeanors to complex felony cases—Benjamin is committed to protecting the rights, freedom, and future of every client. His thorough knowledge of the criminal justice system and meticulous attention to detail have earned him the trust of those he represents and the respect of his peers.

Benjamin graduated with high honors from William H. Bowen School of Law, where he was a member of UALR Law Review, competed on the Jessup International Moot Court Team, and served as an extern and Rule VX Clerk for the Public Defender Commission. Benjamin also served in the US Army in field artillery, where he served a combat deployment to Iraq. Benjamin is a father and happily married man.
